FEATURE AND BENEFITS
1. Light Weight
Weight in unit length is only 1/6 of the cast-iron pipes.
2. High Strength
Tensile strength comes to be more than 45MPa.
3. Less Resistance
The inner wall of the PVC-U pipes is very smooth which prevents scum buildup.The water pressure and discharge of PVC-U pipes is 30% lower than cast iron pipes in the same diameter,and it can save the cost of discharge power.
4. Corrosion Resistance
It has excelent resistance to the corrosion caused by acid,alkaline,chemical and electricity.Stains will not occur.
5. Simple Installation
Connection with rubber ring is very easy.And it is also very easy to carry out and seals well.
6. Long Lifespan
Under the normal working pressure,the lifespan will be up to more than 50 years.
7. Sanitary and Non-toxic
The PVC-U pipes meet the drinking water standard and the water is conveyed without secondary pollution.
8. Low Cost
With lower cost of installation,transportation and raw materials,the total cost of whole engineering makes the cost 50% lower than the cast iron pipes
Pipe color can be white,grey,blue or other color can be customized.
