Product description
UPVC - Insulated electrical bushings for buildings (cold bends) are pipes used in building electrical installations to protect and secure wires or cables, allowing the penetration or replacement of wires or cables. Yost Plastic Industry Insulated Electrical Casing Pipes and Fittings are threaded pipes and fittings made of polyvinyl chloride resin as the main raw material, adding special additives, and being extruded and injection molded. Mainly used as electrical and communication cable casing.
Features:
1. The inner and outer walls of the pipe fittings are smooth and the friction coefficient is small. Reduce the resistance of wires and cables in the pipeline.
2, high compression resistance: Yost casing can withstand more than 750N pressure, so it can be mounted or darkened in concrete, and will not be damaged by pressure (Note: use heavy pipe in dark concrete).
3. Good impact resistance and heat resistance: the casing will not be broken by the normal tamping impact during the concrete pouring process, and will not be softened by the condensation heat during the construction process.
4, moisture-proof acid and alkali: PVC casing moisture-proof acid and alkali resistance is excellent, will not rust, the joints are adhered with PVC adhesive according to the provisions, can be waterproof into the pipe, the moisture-proof effect is better. Therefore, it is more suitable for use in corrosive environments.
5, flame retardant: PVC plastic casing self-extinguishing from the fire (will self-extinguish within 30 seconds after leaving the flame), the flame will not spread along the pipeline.
6. Insulation: The bushing has excellent insulation performance, and AC2000V and 50Hz will not break down under water immersion. In terms of preventing accidental electric shock, the international trend is that insulation is better than grounding, and Yost Plastic PVC casing is meeting this requirement.
7, pest control: due to the addition of special additives in the PVC casing, will not emit odor, attracting pest bites and destruction.
8. Convenient construction: The pipe cutter for de32mm or less can be cut off lightly. Insert the corresponding special spring into the pipe. Manually bend it to the required angle at normal temperature. PVC adhesive can be used quickly and conveniently. The casing is connected to a pipe of the desired shape for construction.
